David Parisier attended Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he began a new student organization, the Investment Club. He also helped found the University’s chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity and traveled to Europe to participate in the Clark Center in Luxembourg. Parisier graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a concentration in economics. Upon graduation, David Parisier served as Assistant Project Manager at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. in New York City. In this role, he assisted portfolio managers in developing real estate investment funds and managing an annual cash flow of nearly $500 million. Parisier also analyzed investment properties and served on the Independent Investment Fiduciary Committee.

David Parisier then embarked upon earning a Masters in Business Administration at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He served on the Alumni Committee and the Graduate Finance Association while also participating on the Stern Ski Team. Though he primarily studied business, he took additional courses in strategic management, real estate finance, law, and marketing. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration in 1991 and found employment that same year at Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc., also in New York City. Working in two separate divisions during his tenure at the firm, David Parisier maintained responsibility for securing new business and leading the production of marketing materials. He also leased rental properties, totaling over 300,000 square feet.

In May 1995, David Parisier began serving as Assistant Vice President at SL Green Realty Corp., now the largest owner manager of office properties in New York with 59 Manhattan properties. In this position, Parisier directed new business acquisitions and developed management protocols for the Manhattan office properties. He helped the firm acquire over $150 million in properties while procuring debt and equity financing. After leaving SL Green, David Parisier became Director of Acquisitions at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation in Cranford, New Jersey, acquiring properties in Washington, D.C.; Maryland; Philadelphia; and New Jersey. He also served in a similar role with Capital Properties Associates, LP prior to founding Paredim Partners LLC, as Managing Director and Principal. Paredim and its affiliates now control a portfolio of residential and commercial properties with a value in excess of $200 million.
